Since 1995, we have been working in the field of technical chemistry and special applications focused on production and service. We perform mobile technological cleaning, realized by special rinsing equipment, steam or laser generator.

All our services are mobile. We calculate prices based on a physical inspection of the equipment by our technician.

Laser cleaning

A non-invasive, modern cleaning method without the use of industrial chemicals and the possibility of damaging the cleaned surface.

Advantages of laser cleaning compared to conventional methods

  • no dismantling and transport of the equipment needed for the cleaning
  • precise, non-contact cleaning
  • "Green energy" – zero cost for the purchase and subsequent disposal of effective technical chemicals
  • elimination of the possibility of mechanical and chemical damage to the surface being cleaned
  • the cleaned surface is degreased, passivated and sterile

Laser cleaning is performed by a mobile machine SPYRE 1000W with the option of continuous regulation 100 – 1000W.

Steam cleaning

Technology suitable for cases where water, high-pressure machines can’t be used for various reasons such as:,

  • the construction of the equipment to be cleaned or its surface is susceptible to mechanical damage from pressure (compressor coolers, calorifier blades, recuperators, CNC hydraulic circuit coolers, laser cutting centre hydraulic circuit coolers, etc.) Steam generators operate at pressures as low as 6-12 bar.
  • the equipment must be cleaned "on site" – without dismantling
  • work places without waste ducts (e.g. recuperation cabins)
  • higher temperature of the cleaning medium required (steam approx. 185°C)
  • necessity for limited or no use of cleaning chemicals
  • equipment where there must be no 'leakage' (electrical wiring, ducts)

Cleaning based on customer request and after consultation

  1. separately by steam generator
  2. or in combination with selected industrial chemicals

Chemical internal cleaning

Cleaning of cooling and tempering circuit or individual components of these systems. Regular internal cleaning is a way of preventing unwanted deposits that form on the inner walls of the circuit and significantly reduce the efficiency of the entire system (reducing or stopping the flow of the medium used. In case of permanent neglect, deposits can irreversibly damage the equipment itself.

Cleaning is performed with a special VSBM flushing device. This ensures heating and circulations of the cleaning fluid and thus increases the cleaning speed. It can flush the system to be cleaned with variable intensity and direction, and at the same time filters the flushed dirt with coarse and fine filters, so that the dirt does not return to the system.
